Can Height Mode guarantee extra height?
No. It estimates a range and supports healthy routines, measurement consistency, and clinician-aware guidance. It never promises extra centimetres or inches.
How should I measure?
Measure barefoot against the same flat wall, use a level head position, and keep the time of day consistent. Evening measurements can make comparisons more consistent because height normally varies across the day.
Can Apple Health connect activity, sleep, water, and weight?
Yes, in own-growth mode after you choose which Health categories to share. Child profiles stay manual so a parent's Health store cannot be mistaken for the child's data.
Can Apple Intelligence explain check-ins locally?
Yes on supported devices and operating-system versions through Apple foundation-model APIs. A built-in non-AI explanation remains available when local Apple Intelligence is unavailable or disabled.
How do I restore Premium?
Open Settings in Height Mode, choose Subscription, then Restore purchases. Use the same App Store account that made the purchase. Restoring Premium does not restore deleted local measurements or routines.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple controls billing and eligible refund requests. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Settings can create a complete local JSON backup or a measurement CSV. Height Mode opens the device share sheet and does not upload the file.
